"Ragi originated in East Africa, and came to India in Karnataka region. Organic Ragi is naturally healthier since it contains all the three parts of the kernel ? the bran, the germ and the endosperm, which means that they are fiber-dense, along with other essential nutrients. Bytewise Organic Ragi Atta (Finger Millet flour) is derived from Organic Ragi which is a really good source of carbohydrates and we do not polish it, as it is best consumed in its purest form. We process the organic ragi, then grind into flour by mechanically cleaning it and maintain a clean packaging environment so as to prevent contamination.
